Interview with Miguel Guerrero, Secretary General of the PCPC

LibreRed.net met last Wednesday with Miguel Guerrero, Secretary General of the PCPC, the Communist Party of the People of Catalonia.
During the meeting, the militant wanted to highlight the historical validity of communism as a solution and alternative to the current capitalist system that, in their eyes, the only thing that has generated over these decades has been an increase in poverty and inequality around the world.
Guerrero reported that covert social practices governing party in Spain, PSOE (Partido Socialista Obrero Español), under the banner of the defense of socialism.
A long journey in the social struggle Miguel Guerrero was born in OTIV, Granada and moved to Barcelona in 1959. He fought in hiding in the ranks of PSUC (Unified Socialist Party of Catalonia) and was co-founder of the trade union Comisiones Obreras (CC.OO).
Fully Franco was arrested several times. After the death of Franco in the first municipal elections in PSUC was alderman of the city of Badalona. He was part of the Central Committee of the CCP and PSUC and is currently the Secretary General of the PCPC (Communist Party of the People of Catalonia) and member of the Central Committee of PCPE (Communist Party of Peoples of Spain).
